Cookie is a 1.5-year-old dog who had originally been spayed and vaccinated and was scheduled to be put back on the streets as part of Puerto Rico's trap/neuter/release initiative. But the person who fostered her during her recovery realized how wonderful she is and wanted to give her a real chance — Cookie is such a good girl and truly deserves a forever home.
She is a little girl, about 16 pounds who gets along great with other dogs of all sizes and is very, very affectionate. She’s gentle, loving, and ready for a family who will give her the stable, happy life she was meant to have.

Cookie will arrive in Albion, NY on December 14 and we would love to have a family waiting for her!
Our adoption fee is $400 and unless otherwise stated all dogs and puppies have been spayed/neutered, microchipped, 4DX tested(if age appropriate), Put on heartworm/flea/tick prevention, age appropriately vaccinated, dewormed, vet checked and flown from Puerto Rico. There is an application which is required for initial approval, with personal references, and vet references. We may require a home visit, each adoption is different. We are easy to work with, friendly and try to fit the right pet in the right situation!
