My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Skittles!

This sweet little boy was dumped alongside his sibling when they were just tiny babies ? — but you’d never know it from his happy, loving personality! Skittles is about 3 months old and already showing what a smart, affectionate pup he is.

He’s learning to walk on a leash and doing great! ? He loves attention, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and is always ready for playtime or a good cuddle on the couch.

Skittles is the perfect mix of playful and snuggly — he’ll chase a toy one minute and be curled up in your lap the next. All he needs now is a family who will continue teaching him good manners and loving him the way he deserves.

If you’ve been looking for a sweet, loyal companion who will bring joy (and snuggles!) to your home, Skittles is your guy.

***Adoption Policy: Montague County Animal Rescue typically does not adopt dogs to homes where they will live primarily outdoors. We believe every dog deserves to be part of the family and live safely indoors. Exceptions may be made for specific breeds or unique circumstances where an outdoor environment is appropriate and secure.
