Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Location: Waverly, MN
Meet Beverly, aka the Best Dog Ever!
I am Beverly, you won’t forget me, I have one brown eye and one beautiful sapphire eye. Some wonderful things about me are as follows!
I am quiet, I have never barked. I will do a little hum/whine when talking to my foster mom, but never a bark!
I am potty trained, very well behaved in the house, never get into things I shouldn’t. At night I stayed in a 5 x 10 kennel and went in with no problem. If I need to go into a smaller pet taxi, it may take a bit for me to get used to.
My leash skills are top notch. I love going for walks! I haven’t shown a lot of interest in toys or fetch, but that could change with time. I am, however, very happy about treats!
I love attention, the more the better. I do get excited about walks and belly rubs and sometimes jump, but do understand the OFF command.
After proper intros, I have done well with 2 resident dogs, a lab and shepherd mix. I mostly keep to myself but enjoyed going on walks with them and hanging out in the yard. I think I could do well with a dog that equals my personality and energy level.
When I first got to my new foster home I was very shy and nervous about new things. It took about a week for me to feel comfortable. A familiar routine and some patience have helped my adorable personality shine. I may be shy again in a new environment. If you can give me some time to get comfortable you will see my happy go lucky side!
My previous home had children. I think respectful children 8+ would be best. Because I can be shy, to much chaos may be overwhelming, so older would be a better fit.
I would love to meet you and become your quiet companion. I really am the perfect friend. Come see me, let’s get this done!

The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).
Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration).
Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
