My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Gator – our tiny, spicy, three-legged land shark

Gator is a 3-year-old Chihuahua and a certified member of the Tripod Mafia (he's missing a leg, not the attitude). He’s about 10 pounds of sass, spice, and bite-sized chaos.

Gator isn’t here to make friends... at first. In fact, he might try to bite you before he likes you – think of him as a very small dragon guarding a heart of gold. But give him time, earn his trust, and suddenly you’re the chosen one – his human for life. Once you’re in the circle, you’ll have a fiercely loyal cuddle bug who follows you around like your own spicy shadow.

Fully vetted
A loyal weirdo
Three legs
Loving heart

He’s not for first-time dog owners or the faint of heart. Gator needs someone patient, experienced, and able to appreciate the majestic gremlin energy that is Chihuahua spice level 10.

Think you're worthy of this little land gator? Apply now. He’ll be watching. Closely.

More about this rescue

We are a kitten rescue that takes in kittens that are found, dumped at a shelter, or are born from a house cat. We get them healthy, vetted, and try to adopt them out to their furrever homes. We also do a little bit of TNR.
