Meet Oscar
Oscar is one of those souls you don’t forget. He’s an amazing senior with a heart as big as his personality. While Oscar can sometimes be a little grouchy, he’s most often a total lover who just wants to be close to his people.
Oscar’s past wasn’t kind. He came from a hoarding case where he was kept in a crate 24/7. Because of that neglect, his medical needs went untreated for far too long. Thankfully, now that Oscar is safe, his health issues have finally been addressed, and he’s getting the care he always deserved.
Oscar will need to remain on heart medication for the rest of his life, and he also has kyphosis, a curvature of his spine. Despite everything he’s been through, Oscar doesn’t let any of this keep him down. He is resilient, gentle, and truly an absolute gem.
His favorite things are snuggling and enjoying his favorite treats (“bites”)—simple joys that mean everything to him now.
Oscar is neutered, microchipped, and current on all vaccines and preventatives, and he’s ready for a loving home where he can finally relax and be cherished.
