Meet Rex, our 98-lb gentle giant with a heart just as big as his blocky head. This stunning red Mastiff mix, just under 2 years old and already neutered, is the total package he is calm, polite, intelligent, and just the right amount of goofy.

✨ Why Rex is amazing:
• Walks beautifully on leash
• Knows “sit” and takes treats with a soft, gentle mouth
• Affectionate once he warms up
• Loves walks, lounging, and hanging with his people
• May be cat workable with slow and proper intros 🐱❤️

In playgroups, Rex enjoys gentle play with both male and female dogs who don’t mind his big-dog enthusiasm. He thrives in a calm, structured home without too much chaos just a loving person or family who sees what a treasure he is.

Submit Application

Interview

You will be contacted via email for an interview if we need to clarify any questions on your application as well as a pre-approval process.

3.
Meet the Pet

We will set up a meet and greet with all humans in the home and the pet you’re interested in, then a meet and greet with any resident dogs.

4.
Home Check

Next we will conduct a virtual or in person home check and reference check.

5.
Sign Adoption Contract

After that you will sign our adoption contract, pay our adoption fee, and take your new family member home!

We respond to applications within 7-10 days. Dogs do not go home upon first meet and greet.

We have various meeting opportunities in person at local events in Northern California and Southern California. Soem dogs may or may not present, but dogs will never be allowed to be adopted at these events or sent home with anyone other than their fosters. An application and official meet and greet will always be required. We are a 501c3 dog rescue that focuses on bully breeds. Most of our dogs have had either behavioral marks against them or medical issues. Our mission is to Reform the Dog Agenda through intentional rescue & educating the community.
