Hi, I’m Clark! I’m a big, bouncy boy with a tri-colored coat and a hound-like tail that makes me look like I’m always ready for an adventure. At 2 years old, I’ve got plenty of playful energy, but I’m also a sweetheart who loves cuddles once I’ve had my fun.
I’ve been told I’m quite the gentleman—I ride perfectly in the car with my seatbelt on, sit politely for treats even in busy places, and strangers always compliment how handsome I am. Around other dogs, I’m respectful and can ignore the noisy ones, and with kids I’m playful and friendly, though my excitement means I’m better suited for families with older children who won’t mind my bouncy enthusiasm.
Playtime is my favorite—I’ll fetch a ball, bring it back to you, and even release it easily so we can keep the game going. Sometimes I’ll hop around the yard or entertain myself with toys, but once I’ve burned off my energy, I’m quick to settle down and come back for cuddles. On walks, I’m cooperative and friendly, though I might pull a little when I’m excited to explore.
I’m affectionate, curious, and a true social butterfly who loves being part of the action. Whether we’re out in public where I’m calm and well-mannered, or in the play yard where I can let loose, I’m always eager to please and bring joy to everyone around me.
I’m up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and ready to find my forever family. I am located in Camden, Michigan but can be transported to additional locations for the right family. If you’re looking for a goofy, lovable companion with a heart full of love, I think we’d be the perfect match.
