Gerald is a gentle, lanky boy who starts out a little timid, but once he knows you’re safe, he becomes your best friend. He was found by his foster family after it looked like he was dumped on their property. After trying to find who he belonged to with no luck, it was apparent someone else’s so called trash, is now a treasure!
He will put his head in your hand and look at you with pure adoration. Like he truly is thankful to not be lost anymore. He loves playing with other dogs once he’s comfortable and enjoys relaxing on his bed for little naps throughout the day. He is also great with children and will make sure to follow them everywhere. He’s a big fan of walks and sniffing all the fun scents in the air. Gerald is a soft, loving boy that deserves the very best home.
**This dog is heartworm positive and will be treated by the rescue and will be available for foster to adopt for a local family in or near Charleston, SC that is comfortable with the restriction requirements for the duration of treatment.
