Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This sweet boy was found in Leonard Park, presumably dumped. He is approximately 1 year old and underweight at only 41 lbs, so he has a little room to grow. He is daycare certified and dog-friendly. He has not been tested with cats, but my gut says he wouldn't be a good fit.
Dingo is a very good boy who loves to run and play. Our best guess is that he has some shepherd and/or husky in him. He does great with other dogs and is potty trained and crate trained. He likely hasn't been treated very well and can be shy with new people, but warms up very quickly. He also doesn't like if you move your hands quickly near his head, and will cower, so he may be best in a home without small children.
Dingo is vaccinated, heartworm negative, microchip, neutered, and on prevention

More about this rescue
We are a small non-profit rescue focused on the 4.77 square mile town of Speedway, Indiana, home of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Our goal is to make Speedway a no-kill town where every animal is spayed/neutered, microchipped and properly cared for. We rescue all animals taken to the town's Animal Control facility. We assist owners in need with veterinary care and food/supplies. We help trap-neuter-release feral cat colonies and socialize/adopt kittens under 3 months old.
Due to limited resources, we are unable to accept animals from outside the town's boundaries at this time.
