My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi my name is Gracie McWaggle

I am a happy go lucky little girl. My tail is always wagging and I follow my Foster Mom wherever she goes.

If you have to go out I will go into my crate fairly easily as long as you toss in some kibble or a treat first. I will whine/cry for a bit but eventually settle down.
As for sleeping arrangements, I sleep cuddled up to my Foster Mom. She does get up once during the night and lets me out then I am good for the rest of the night.

My potty training is going very well. I have not had an accident in the house in more than a week and never in my kennel. I have also learned to sit. I’m a fast learner.

I don’t show any food or toy aggression towards the family dog and although I try and play with her, she’s not interested but that’s okay. I am learning to entertain myself with her toys lol.

I walk pretty good on leash using a harness. I have been going to the dog park and enjoy running/playing with the other dogs. Size is not an issue. I don’t stray too far from my Foster Mum.

Likes: Food, food and more food. . Oh yeah I like Treats too.

Children: I have not met any yet but I think I’ll be okay as long as they’re gentle with me.

If you're interested in adopting one of our animals, all you have to do is...

-Fill out an adoption application for either cats, dogs or small animals, which is reviewed by our team
-Wait to be contacted to arrange a day/time to meet with the animal
-If approved you will be walked thru the final steps to adoption. Adoption fees are payable at the time you take the animal home.

More about this rescue

Infinite Woofs Animal Rescue Society is a foster home based Animal Rescue located in Edmonton, Alberta. We rescue, rehabilitate and re-home unwanted, abused and neglected animals and find them their forever homes. We are different from other animal rescues in that we will try our best to not only help cats and dogs but any pet animal that has been unwanted, abused or neglected subject to our volunteers, foster homes and donations. This is one of the many reasons iwars needs you!

Infinite Woofs Animal Rescue Society is a no-kill animal rescue organization. We will help out any of the animals we take into care with any medical treatments, procedures and medications they may need. We will only euthanize when it is with a qualified veterinarians advice such as terminal illnesses where the animal is suffering. Every animal that comes into iwars is a member of the family.

We need volunteers to help in all different areas of iwars and with your help we can help to save more animals lives. We here at strive to save one animal at a time and acknowledge that "saving one animal will not change the world but surely for that one animal the world will change forever" - Unknown.
