I’m almost 3 years old! I am fully vetted and searching for a family as loving and sweet as I am

I’m not just beautiful on the outside but I’m beautiful on the inside! I love attention but who doesn’t

I’m sure to be your best friend if you offer to pet me and give me a good belly rub

! I’m a loyal girl who will be sure to form a strong bond with you

I love to follow my people everywhere they go! If I ever am not next you, which is rare you can just call my name and I come right to you! I am crate trained and potty trained! When it comes to the house I am a great combination of protective and Neighborly

I will bark at the delivery drivers and mailman, but I will welcome all your friends and family in the house

I patiently wait for my food at meal time! My family gives me some yummy treats throughout the day so if you want to adopt me, you better have treats too

I know how to sit and I will shake your hand

I am good with older respectful kids, I live with two boys, 8 and 10 and Im around their friends a lot too! I am good with dogs, I prefer male dogs, less drama for me

I am good on a leash, so walking for me is a must (we all know unless you adopt a dog like me you’re not gonna follow your New Year’s resolution on getting your exercise)

Their adoption process

1.
Submit Application

Submit an adoption application on our website. This is found under the "contact" tab.

2.
Approve Application

The adoption application is assigned to screening team and carefully screened. If application meets acceptable criteria it is then approved.

3.
Meet the Pet

Meet and greets are scheduled after an adoption application is approved. All family members and dogs in home must attend the meet and greet.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

If meet and greet goes well the pet can then be taken home for an adoption trial.

5.
Take the Pet Home

If meet and greet goes well the pet can then be taken home for an adoption trial.

Additional adoption info

Please allow between 7-10 days once your adoption application has been submitted to be screened. You will then receive a decision via email with further steps and who to contact if approved for adoption.

R.E.A.L Rottweiler Rescue was founded in 2003 by a couple with a passion and love for the Rottweiler breed. We are an all volunteer based 501c3 non-profit rescue organization. Our primary focus has been on Rottweilers, but we also rescue medium and large sized dogs of all breeds. We take in homeless rottweilers and work with them in our homes to assess personality, temperament, training and needs. Then place them up for adoption. Our goal is to find not just any home for each dog, but the perfect match for both the dog and its new family. To date, R.E.A.L. has had over 2000 successful adoptions!
