My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This cat is in Tennessee. Adoption Donation $75 if picked up in TN.* Visit http://aarf-tn.com/adopt/cat-adoption-application/ to apply.

Teddy is an 8-month-old Domestic Short Hair tabby with four adorable white mittens and a matching white chest and belly. Once a stray, this sweet boy has quickly blossomed into one of the gentlest, cuddliest kittens you could ever hope to meet. Teddy is a soft, kind soul with a laid-back personality—especially for a kitten! His absolute favorite thing in the world is cuddling. Pick him up, and he’ll melt instantly into a warm, purring “little potato,” tucking his feet in and nestling his face under your chin. He loves being carried and will happily perch on your shoulder like a fuzzy parrot. While he’s calm most of the time, show him a crinkly or bell toy and you’ll see his playful side sparkle. This boy’s affectionate nature is off the charts. His snuggles aren’t just cuddles, they’re full-body hugs. He wants to be with you, on you, or draped across you at every opportunity. He’s gentle, sweet, and endlessly endearing. He adores his cat tunnel and any toys that make sounds or include bells. Teddy has been wonderfully polite and gentle with everyone he meets. He’s done great with men, women, other cats, and dogs. He’s even met a newborn baby and responded like the soft little gentleman he is. He hasn’t lived with active children yet, but shows every sign of being adaptable and kind. Teddy would thrive in a home where he can be someone’s steady companion; he truly wants to be by your side as much as possible. He’d also appreciate having at least one other friendly cat in the home, as he seems to take comfort in the presence of different animals. Because he spent time as an outdoor stray, he may still have moments of shyness, but he’s already proven himself to be trusting, sweet, and eager to bond. If you’re searching for a loving shadow, a gentle snuggler, and a kitten who will fill your days with warmth and affection, Teddy is ready to love you with his whole heart. Ready to meet Teddy? He can’t wait to curl up under your chin.
