My foster writes:
Ramona is five years old and 15lbs. Her coat is a silky dark grey and her eyes shift orange to green. She may at first dodge or hide but once she feels at home, all humans are welcome visitors to her queendom. Ramona will greet you by running towards you and rubbing against your legs, ask to bonk her head against yours, then flop at your feet and stretch out to show her belly. She loves belly pets!
Ramona is a large cat, and some large cats need help with grooming. Ramona can clean herself after using the litter box but she needs help on her back. She adores brush time and asks for help grooming after her meals.

What my friends at ACC say about me:

Ramona tolerates attention and petting but appears fearful or stressed in the shelter. She may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to her new home. We recommend this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents. Due to the behavior shown, she may not be a great fit for young children.

Animal Care Centers of NYC encourages everyone to come to one of our three full service Care Centers when looking to adopt a pet. Beautiful dogs, cats, guinea pigs and rabbits are anxiously waiting a home to call their own.

All ACC adoptions include vaccinations, a microchip, spay/neuter, one month of free pet health insurance, and a free office visit at a participating veterinarian.
