My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet this charming 1-year-old Schnauzer–Poodle mix, weighing 18 lbs of sweetness and personality! He’s a loving, affectionate little guy who thrives on human connection. Whether it’s gentle pets, belly rubs, snuggle sessions, or just being nearby, he’s happiest when he’s receiving any kind of affection. He loves being the center of attention and will gladly soak up every bit of love you send his way.

Despite his cuddly disposition, he’s also a fun-loving pup with a playful streak. He enjoys playing with toys, exploring his surroundings, and engaging in little moments of joy throughout the day. He has an adorable mix of confidence and curiosity that makes him both entertaining and endearing.

He is not potty trained yet, so he’s looking for a patient adopter who can offer consistency, positive reinforcement, and gentle structure. He’s smart, people-oriented, and eager to please, so with guidance, he has great potential to learn quickly. A routine-based home would help him feel secure and set him up for success.

Adoption fee is: $450

Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee.
ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com.

More about this rescue

CAMO Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that offers life, health, and a forever home. We specialize in dogs that other rescues can’t or won’t take due to fearful nature or medical needs. We primarily rescue ‘euthanasia listed’ animals that are in immediate danger of death. We provide shots, spay/neuter, microchip, foster homes, food, medical treatment and love to dogs that are abandoned, unwanted or otherwise in need. We never euthanize an animal to make room for another. In addition to caring for our dogs and finding the best possible home for them, we provide education to the community; encouraging and promoting responsible pet ownership. If needed, our rescue dogs are retrained to socialize in an adoptive loving family. We have had phenomenal success, and amazing support from our community. We believe that animals, as living creatures are entitled to a quality life, respect and compassion. Since humans have domesticated animals, we have a moral and ethical responsibility to care for them. We are partnered with many Shelters to help them reach the same goal.
