My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Jackson, and I’m a 2-year-old tabby with a big heart and a curious spirit. I love being near my people—whether that’s snuggling on the couch, following you around, or quietly keeping you company while you go about your day.

I’m playful and inquisitive, always ready to explore my surroundings or discover a new cozy spot to nap. I’m also affectionate and gentle, and I promise to fill your home with purrs, cuddles, and love.

I’m looking for a calm, caring family who will appreciate my friendly, loyal nature. If you’re searching for a loving companion to share your days with, I’d be so happy to meet you and become your forever friend. Adopt me today!

More about this shelter

The Oahu SPCA was founded in April of 2009 and launched its mission, "Every healthy, treatable animal will find a forever home." The overwhelming support of community members was instrumental in helping to establish the first animal shelter in the state of Hawaii with a "no-kill philosophy." On July 18, 2009, 432 animals were relinquished to the Oahu SPCA the Largest Animal Rescue in the history of Hawaii. The Oahu SPCA rescued all 432 animals in 48 hours after the owner of an animal sanctuary in Waianae passes away.
