Spoon is the calmest kitten in the litter and has an incredibly sweet disposition. She loves attention, enjoys playing with toys, and especially likes teaser wands that let her jump and chase. She is not very vocal, but her purr is wonderfully loud and warm.
She loves climbing into your lap to relax, even while her siblings are in full chaos mode. She is currently the smallest of the group, although she was not the runt. At first we expected her to stay small, but her legs have gotten noticeably longer in the last couple weeks, so she might end up catching up in size.
Spoon was raised with a 75 pound dog who she absolutely adores. She is curious, loves exploring, and enjoys being laid on her back for tummy rubs, which often puts her right to sleep.

Our Applications Team will review and approve applications.

Sign Adoption Contract
Once approved and you agree the pet is right for you, sign the contract, pay the adoption fee and take your new family member home!

The Fayette County Humane Society (FCHS), staffed entirely by volunteers, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supported entirely by individual and corporate donations. Because we do not have a shelter, all of the animals we rescue live in temporary foster homes until they are adopted. We believe that all companion pets have intrinsic value and should be treated with the reverence and care they deserve.
