My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🐾 Meet Mars – The Big, Happy Boy with a Whole Lot of Love 🐾
📅 Age: Adult
🐶 Breed: Mixed Breed
⚖️ Weight: ~40 lbs
💉 Status: Ready for Adoption

Mars is a sweet, enthusiastic boy who lives life at full speed and loves every minute of it. In his kennel, he’s calm and well-mannered with all four paws on the floor, though his excitement sometimes gets the best of him when people stop by to say hello. He’s easy to leash and eager to get going—ready for whatever adventure comes next.

Once outside, Mars shows off his affectionate, fun-loving personality. He sits nicely for treats and photos, but he also has a habit of expressing love with happy body slams—this guy sometimes forgets just how strong and solid he is. When it’s time to head back inside, Mars goes back to his kennel easily and without issue.

🐶 Mars at a Glance:

Calm and polite in his kennel

Easy to leash and handle

Sits well for treats and photos

Very affectionate and people-oriented

Energetic, happy, and eager to explore

Returns to kennel easily

Big personality with an even bigger heart

🏡 Mars’ Ideal Home:

Confident, sturdy handlers who can manage his strength

An active household that enjoys an energetic companion

Owners willing to help him learn polite greetings and manners

Not recommended for fragile owners due to his enthusiasm

Mars is a joyful, loving dog who’s ready to give his whole heart to the right family. If you’re looking for a fun, affectionate companion who will keep you smiling, Mars is ready to meet you! 🐾❤️We are open to the public Tuesday - Sunday (1PM - 5PM)! No Appointments required!
