🐾 Meet Zach (Max) – A Sweet, Resilient Soul Ready for a Fresh Start 🐾 📅 Age: ~3–4 years 🐶 Breed: Brindle Bully Mix ⚖️ Weight: ~58 lbs 💉 Status: Fully Vetted, Neutered, Ready for Adoption
Zach (also known as Max) is a gentle, good-hearted boy who has overcome a rough start and is still learning that the world can be a safe and happy place. In the kennel, he can be fearful and overwhelmed, but once he’s out and given a little patience, his true personality shines through. He’s happy to be alive, enjoys treats, knows how to “sit,” and shows a sweet, affectionate side when he feels secure.
On leash, Zach is easy to remove from the kennel and walks with moderate pulling. His energy level is moderate, making him a nice balance of playful and relaxed. He’s dog-friendly and communicates well with other dogs, preferring a run-and-chase play style but also enjoying some gentle wrestling. He shows excellent social skills, including polite “handshake” greetings and play bows.
Zach would benefit from a calm, patient home that allows him to build trust at his own pace. With reassurance and consistency, he continues to show progress and potential.
