Meet Zephyr – Ready for His Forever Home! Zephyr is a 6-month-old male kitten who came to the shelter after being found with his three brothers living in a neighbor's shed. Despite the finder's efforts, no owners were located, and they were unable to keep the kittens. Wanting the best for them, the finder made the compassionate decision to surrender the kittens to the shelter so they could find loving, permanent homes. Zephyr is now ready to begin his next chapter! He's curious, playful, and full of kitten energy—everything you'd expect from a growing boy who's eager to explore and make new friends. Important Medical Information Neuter scheduled for: 12/10/25 This appointment is non-negotiable and required in accordance with Texas state law for all adopted shelter pets. ?? IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
