Tango showed up in a neighborhood known for having many strays, and from his ear tip, we could tell he had been part of a trap-neuter-release program at some point. He started spending more time at the home of a kind man named Bob, who feeds the local cats while we help get them fixed.
Over time, Tango began trusting Bob — rubbing against his legs and waiting for him every day. It was clear he wanted more than life on the streets. With three cats of his own, Bob couldn’t keep him, so he asked us to help find Tango a forever home.
Tango spent some time in foster care to see how he’d do with new people, and it’s obvious now that he’s ready for indoor life. He’s calm, sweet, and loves other cats. He might be a little reserved at first, but once he feels safe, he rolls over for belly rubs and melts into your hands.
He’s now at the shelter, waiting for a family to give him the safe, loving home he’s been dreaming of.
