My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet BELLA! 🖤 🐾

1.5 years 🐾 14 lbs 🐾 Xolo/Chihuahua Mix (but with FABULOUS hair)
🐕‍🦺 LOOK AT THIS QUEEN:
ℹ️ 14 pounds of “I run this house.”
ℹ️ Shiny black coat that looks freshly buffed.
ℹ️ Xolo face. Chihuahua attitude. Pocket-sized perfection.

💗 HER PERSONALITY AESTHETIC:
🫶 Warms up to people FAST
🐶 Makes friends with dogs… almost as fast
🛑 Tells the big dogs, “Respect my space, peasants.”
👑 Tiny monarch energy

BELLA’S FAVORITE THINGS:
WALKIES.
WALKIES.
…and yes, more WALKIES.
She literally grabs her leash and leads you out the door like your personal fitness coach with tiny legs.

Doggie door apprentice:
She’s learning it, mastering it, and proudly popping in and out like she’s checking her kingdom.

🥰 Cuddle companion:
After adventures, she is the world’s best lounging buddy—always close, always sweet, always adorable.

🏡 BELLA’S DREAM HOME:
❤️ Someone who enjoys daily strolls
❤️ Someone who wants a little shadow
❤️ Someone ready for big personality in a fun-size package

If you want a “little dog” who lives life like she’s 100 pounds and famous, Bella is ready to pack her leash and come home.

Bella is spayed, current on vaccines, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $225.

Additional adoption info

Every dog that is rescued by Forever Yours is checked by a veterinarian, vaccinated, spay/neutered, dewormed, heartworm/ehrlichia tested and treated if needed, and microchipped. We also treat any other illnesses or issues that the dog may have on intake.

We require an adoption application (FYDRadopt.com), a house check, and our adoption fee is $225.00.

If available, you will get an opportunity to talk to your chosen pet's foster family when you meet your potential new family member. This will enable you to ask any questions and learn all about your pet.

Go meet their pets

Forever Yours Dog Rescue does not have a facility, all of our wonderful rescues are in foster homes with families that take care of them and love them until their forever homes come along.

More about this rescue

Forever Yours Dog Rescue was founded on November 8th, 2011, with the mission of helping smaller animal shelters located throughout Oklahoma.

We are an Oklahoma City based all-breed 501(c) dog rescue, caring for the unwanted, abandoned, and abused dogs of Oklahoma. We rescue from local shelters and shelters throughout Oklahoma. We do take owner surrender's under certain situations.

We advocate spay/neuter and offer assistance in finding a low-cost option for those that qualify.

We promote adoption as an alternative to buying your pet.
We provide pet ownership education through materials, counceling, and on-site workshops, at no cost to the public, with an emphasis on preventative care.

We are all volunteer based, with no paid employees.
Please support us in our mission to attain a time in Oklahoma when there are homes for all adoptable pets by donating at www.foreveryoursokc.org/donate.
