My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Winnie is a 4 years and 34 pounds. She is Good with other dogs. She is house and crate trained. Loves being with people and playing ball. She does not like to be alone and will get into trouble if she is not watched or crated. She is a very active dog so would do best in a home that can offer her routine structure and physical and mental stimulation. She can be jumpy and therefore shouldn’t be in a home with very small children. Please email g_fleming41@yahoo.com to arrange a meet

More about this rescue

A Little "Kibbles & Bits" About Us
Crate Escape is a small family run rescue. We are a family friendly rescue we do not have an age requirement for kids in an adoptive home. We believe that it is better to educate kids on the proper way to care for the pups so they can use the knowledge in the future. All pups from 8 weeks on up are spayed/neutered. All of our pups are in foster care or in our own home. They are all vetted prior to entering their forever homes.
Our Mission "Possible"
With your help you can make our mission possible! Our rescue specializes in saving pups primarily from North and South Carolina in high kill shelters. Believe it or not there is over an 80% euthanization rate for unwanted dogs/puppies. Shelters can be a taboo for dogs especially young puppies. They carry deadly illnesses that puppies are susceptible to such as parvovirus, distemper, etc.

Our second goal is to PROMOTE, ADVOCATE, AND EDUCATE people about the importance of having a pet spayed/neutered. All of our pups (8 weeks +) are spayed & neutered. This is so important in helping us achieve our goal.
