My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Robin, our soft-hearted, scruff-coated sweetheart from the Stranger Things crew. She came to us from our partners at Operation Kindness, where volunteers described her as sweet, gentle, and absolutely delighted by any and all scratches — and we’ve seen every bit of that ourselves.

Robin is an unknown mix, but whatever she is, it came together perfectly. Her black-and-white markings, her scruffy little body, and her kind eyes make her one of those dogs you can’t help but smile at.

She’s a tender soul who approaches life with quiet charm. Robin loves affection, takes comfort in calm humans, and has a naturally easygoing personality that makes her a lovely fit for many families. Whether she’s leaning in for pets or following you around for companionship, she brings a gentle warmth to every moment.

If you’re looking for a sweet-natured companion with a dash of scruff and a whole lot of heart, Robin might just be your girl.

All of our dogs are dewormed, spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and heartworm tested if they are old enough. If you're interested in adopting, please fill out an application on our website at https://www.sftsrescue.org/adoptable-dogs

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process prioritizes accessibility, equality, and inclusivity. An application can be completed online or in person, ensuring accessibility for all potential adopters. Additionally, our application is available in Spanish to cater to a diverse range of applicants.

Once an application is submitted and approved, we facilitate adoption meet-and-greets on-site at our shelter's adoption center. This allows potential adopters to interact with the animals they are interested in and make informed decisions about their adoption.

Overall, our adoption program is designed to make the process as smooth and inclusive as possible, ensuring that each animal finds a loving and permanent home.
