Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven't seen them with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!
Currently Living at: DC area foster home
Ruby is Looking For: A loving family to take care of me! I love staying active with walks and playtime, but I’m just as happy to curl up beside you when the day is done. I’m ready to give all my love to the right home—could that be yours?
What My Foster Says About Me: Ruby is a gentle, loving sweetheart who’s the perfect mix of calm and playful. She’s doing well on house-training, crate-trained, great with other dogs – unsure about cats – and wonderfully sweet with kids (just keep an eye out for the occasional excited jump). Ruby has a quiet, relaxed demeanor and loves to curl up in a cozy spot near your feet, but she’s always up for soft, friendly play and loves to have her ears pet. She’s not leash-trained yet, but she’s smart and eager to learn.
Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken. All of our dogs are working on their crate training.
