History: Our Out of the Cold Rescue Effort was a great success in welcoming over 180+ animals to rescue from rural areas in North Dakota before the cold set in. These animals are all so deserving and thankful to get a second chance in finding a forever home of their own!
A Note from the Foster: Meet Pepper!
Pepper is truly as sweet as they come. She’s working on her potty training and manners, and she does well in her kennel—though she’d gladly trade it for a cozy spot in bed with her people.
She loves to play, especially with other dogs, and she’s friendly with everyone she meets. Pepper likes hanging out in our fenced-in backyard and has been loving the recent snow—she gets the funniest zoomies! She’s been around cats with no issues, and she’s great in the car.
Pepper has a happy, easygoing personality and just wants to be part of the family. She’d make a wonderful companion for anyone looking for a playful, affectionate pup.
