Don’t let her name fool you—Trouble is a sweetheart with a playful streak. She zooms after laser lights, bats hair ties across the room, and climbs cat trees like a pro. She can be shy with new people, but once she feels safe, she’s a cuddly companion who loves to sleep beside her humans—especially when they’re not feeling well. Trouble meows excitedly every time the microwave opens, enjoys bird watching from the window, and happily kneads blankets while she purrs. She loves head and neck scratches but says a firm “no thank you” to tummy rubs!

Homeward Bound Cat Adoptions is a nonprofit organization dedicated to cats and people in our community. We provide counseling, information, and resources to empower people to support their cats and others in the community. If cats cannot stay with their families or neighborhoods, we prioritize our intake on cats most at risk - cats in need of rehoming; kittens who need specialized care; and cats who have been abandoned, are sick or injured, or are not thriving in the community. We are committed to ensuring the highest level of attention and care for cats in our adoption program and provide a modern, free-roaming adoption center to minimize stress, serve the individual needs of each cat, and set up both cats and adopters for success.
