My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My foster writes: Charcoal aka Muñeco/Buddy is the best companion. He will follow you around all day asking for belly rubs and treats. Hes a good listener and loves to explore the outdoors. But he also loves to nap all day as long as he's beside you.

What my friends at ACC say about me:

My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!

It is unknown if I have ever lived with other animals or children.

I would do best in a home without very tiny humans, although I could be open to older human children once I meet them.

I am playful and cute!

My boroughbreaker writes: He is very calm and relaxed. He guides you towards his likes. He is gentle and patient when interacting with other humans. He obeys when you speak to him and stop him from wandering off.

A Volunteer Wrote: That face! And faces never lie, because this boy is adorable inside and out. Another volunteer puts it perfectly: He's "all about laughter and happy feelings." It's impossible not to feel those things. He didn't give other dogs so much as a glance on a walk, showering his walker with all of his wonderful attention. Charming and entertaining, Charcoal is waiting for you in Manhattan!
