My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Raspberry`s Compatibility:
Dogs - Let`s have a meet & greet!
Cats - Passed her cat test!
Kids - Yes, 8+

Just like her name, Raspberry is sweet, soft, and easy to love. She’s a gentle girl who came to us as a stray and has shown us what a wonderful companion she can be. Once she feels comfortable, she is incredibly affectionate and loves to cuddle, especially pressing her head right into your chest.

Raspberry has been spending time in a staff office and has been an excellent office roommate. She settles well, crates at night, and is showing signs of being housebroken. She enjoys playtime but truly shines in quiet moments with people she trusts. She does best with calm, thoughtful introductions and would thrive in a home that lets her move at her own pace. She would do best with respectful kiddos who understand giving space when needed.

Raspberry is ready for a home where she can feel safe and very loved. Come meet her and see if this wonderful girl might be the one you’ve been waiting for!

More about this shelter

With an open admission policy, a No-Kill philosophy, and more than 3,100 animals crossing our threshold each year, we have still maintained a 98% placement rate over the last 3 years.

This is an amazing feat for any organization…let alone one that takes in some of the most abused, injured and seriously ill animals imaginable.
