In the short time he’s been with us, this 2-year-old neutered male has already learned sit and will happily follow treats, showing just how eager he is to learn and please. Titan is a 70-lb Great Dane/Lab mix, heartworm negative, and super dog friendly. He’s energetic, smart, and full of potential—he just needs someone ready to give him guidance, consistency, and love. Adopters must visit the facility in person to fill out a adoption application. Adoptions are a first come, first serve basis.

All Adoptions are in person only and first come first serve. We also offer a 7 day foster to adopt that allows you to take the dog home and see how they will fit into your household.
Can't adopt? We also Adventure Buddies. Which is a program that allows anyone over 18 to take an adoptable dog out on a daytime adventure, overnight journey or a week long exploration!!

Pickens County Animal Shelter is a government agency that provides animal shelter services including adoption and reuniting missing dogs with their owners. We do not offer veterinary services.
We do not take in cats. However, all Pickens County residents can get up to 3 vouchers per month to have any community/feral cats fixed!!
If you need to surrender a pet please email pcas@pickenscountysc.gov we do not take in owner surrenders without an appointment which is only made via email.
