Meet the Pet
This helps Stone County Humane Society with pet care costs.
**Percy was enrolled in the Paws in Prison Program for 8 weeks of obedience training. He will be at the North Central Unit in Calico Rock. He will be crate trained, learn manners and he will learn lots of tricks as well! Percy will be looking for a forever home before he graduates in early February, so if you are interested in meeting him, please contact us. Read more about him below…Percy is your typical Staffordshire cuddle bug. He and his brother Sonny both! They came from a home of 11 dogs that were not being fed or given attention. They crave human affection because of this and are very eager to please. Percy is calm, gentle and like I said, just wants to cuddle. Don't get me wrong, can gets excited and hyper like any dog, but he isn't always like that. Percy gets along with other dogs and would be fine with kids. He is house-trained and we are working on leash training. They will make great additions to any home that will welcome and spoil them. If you would like more information, please contact our shelter at 870-269-5200 or go to our website, www.schspets.org and complete an adoption application and someone will contact you for a meet and greet.
