My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

***The first step in the adoption process is to complete the application at www.emmetcountyanimalshelter.org***

Pupacinna!  Look at this adorable little girl.  Pupacinna came in with 4 others from a hoarding house and quickly showed how sweet and grateful she was however she was a little timid so we sent her to a foster home where she really blossomed but is still reserved.  She loves to snuggle under the covers and would do best in a home with pet friends.  She is living with other dogs, cats and just having a great time. She's an easy keeper and a very sweet girl.  At about 10 pounds and just over 3 years old she's a nice size for an apartment or for some one that wants a buddy to go on car rides for pupcups!  Pupacinna is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $300.00

Go meet their pets

Check out all of our pets online at www.emmetcountyanimalshelter.org or send in an application to meet a specific pet! Once our shelter is open for operation stop in during our open hours to visit with a fuzzy friend in person.

More about this shelter

The ECAS is an all volunteer, no kill shelter. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome pets in need due to neglect, abandonment, abuse or from simply not being wanted! We started in 2010 due to a need in our community. We are currently a foster based organization and we are currently building our new shelter facility. We work hand in hand with other rescue and shelters in the area to help out when and where we are needed.
