Dutton was surrendered to rescue after his owner could no longer care for him and his sister, Luna. Dutton is a bit shy at first, but give him and hour and he will be in your lap or in your arms. He would be a perfect office companion, rides well in the car and is crate-trained.
Stay tuned to this page or our Facebook site for updates as we find out more about Dutton and await his neuter date.
WE ONLY ADOPT LOCALLY WITHIN A 2 HOUR RADIUS OF THE TRICOUNTY AREA. ***Exceptions may be made for seniors or hard to place dogs.
If the animal is under the age of 3 years old or has health issues, a vet reference in good standing is required which means you must own a pet or have owned a pet in your name.
Adoption fee of $ covers all vetting including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip heartworm test and treatment if needed and any other medical that may be required while in rescue.
We only do adoptions on Saturday, and not all animals are able to attend. If you would like to see a specific animal, please email us and specify which animal you are interested in. Without an approved application, however, we cannot guarantee the animal's attendance. Event locations do vary, so please check Facebook to find out where we will be this week. Please do not ask us to reduce adoption fees, since all fees help us cover medical expenses for all of our animals, some of which can be very expensive. Saving lives is not cheap, so thank you for understanding and helping us save as many as possible.
Please email lowcountryanimalrescue@ymail.com for an application.
