Harley is a 5-year-old female Pit mix weighing approximately 43 lbs who is searching for her forever home after being surrendered due to her previous home having too many animals. She's now ready for a fresh start with a patient, loving family who will let her settle in at her own pace. Harley is a calm, gentle companion who prefers a peaceful lifestyle. She isn't overly playful and doesn't require a lot of exercise, making her a wonderful match for someone looking for a relaxed, low-key dog to share their days with. She is crate trained and currently learning to grow more comfortable walking on a leash. She would thrive in a home where she's given time, understanding, and consistency as she builds confidence and adjusts to her new surroundings. Harley's adoption fee is $125. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
