My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

***Please contact the foster at, isabel.alexandra007@gmail.com***

•Benny is the sweetest dutchie pup, he is very active and a total cuddle bug
•He has a beautiful tiger coat and the cutest floppy ears
•He loves going for long walks + sniffing everything
•does very good in the car
•potty trained (not yet crate trained)
•knows sit/stay + very treat motivated + takes treats very gently
•Loves to run and play fetch with his squeaky ball
•definition of a velcro dog, loves to please and follow his human everywhere + very loyal
•He is a very good listener and would be very easy to train
•He is reactive to other dogs and sometimes humans while passing by on walks
•He does good when being slowly introduced to other dogs
•Benny is a VERY active dog and would benefit best in a home with a fenced in yard for him to run around and play freely, along with an active family who is willing to meet the proper needs that Bennys breed (Dutch Shepherd) requires

More about this shelter

Charlotte Mecklenburg Animal Care & Control's pet adoption program brings animals and people together. If you are looking for a new pet, ACC has a wide variety of animals to adopt; from dogs and cats, rabbits and guinea pigs, to the occasional snake and pot-bellied pigs. The shelter also has two specially designed bonding areas for people to interact and play with the animals they are considering for adoption.
