Meet `Phil` Our bravest little underdog! At just 10 months Phil has already shown more resilience than most dogs ever have to. He was found tied to a fence, and based on his condition has spent most of his young life crated. Because of his rough start, Phil`s back legs are a little deformed- but don`t let that fool you, this guy can run, play, wiggle and wrestle with all the enthusiasm of a trued puppy. Phil is a gentle, goofy pit bull pup who has decided everyday is a good day. Phil doesn`t need pity, he needs love, stability and a family with patience willing to work with him. Phill will need to meet all humans and canines before adoption. No children under 15.
