My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

What my friends at ACC say about me:

I love to be loved, but on my own terms! Let's brush up on some feline body language together!

I'll need daily interaction with you as I get used to my new life.

Kyra was inside the den, looking out through the side door, slightly apprehensive, but poked her head slightly out when the treat bag was shaken, and she was offered some near the den. She was then offered squeeze up, but she sniffed, and then she stretched her head farther out to lick it in a food tray, and then began enjoying petting, leaning in nicely for cheek rubs and enjoying having her head pet. She did not come out, but she's very sweet and just a little bit shy.

Kyra interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. No known history of behavioral problems. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for cat parents with either an average amount of cat experience or demonstrate a basic understanding of typical cat behavior.
