Meet Our Boston Terrier Crew! Six adorable Boston Terriers recently joined our rescue after being saved from a breeder who no longer wanted to care for them when they didnt sell. Thankfully, our team stepped in to give them the safety and love they deserved. Now, these sweet pups are thriving in foster homes and ready to start the next chapter of their lives as cherished family members! Though their beginnings werent easy, these Bostons are blossoming every day. Theyre playful, affectionate, and soaking up all the attention they can get. They love toys, belly rubs, and hanging close to their people. As with all rescue dogs, theyll need patient adopters who can give them time to adjust and show them what it means to be truly loved. A Few Important Notes: Adoption Area: We only adopt to families living in Illinois, Wisconsin, or states that directly border either IL or WI. Renters: If you rent, please have your landlord contact us directly at mallorytsherwood@gmail.com to confirm that dogs are allowed in your home. Adoption Fee: $800, which includes microchip, current vaccines and boosters, deworming, and spay/neuter at our rescue vet. Using Your Own Vet: If you prefer to complete the spay/neuter with your own vet, well reimburse $100 once proof of procedure is provided. This must be done before 6 months of age, and adopters will sign a contract agreeing to this. The Charlie Project Dog Rescue is named after a jolly Pomeranian who was supposed to be a stud dog for a breeding facility who seemed to large for them at 10 lbs. He was lucky to be saved but from the time he was a pup he suffered with grade 4 Patellas, collapsed trachea, heart murmur etc These are inherited traits that good breeders would screen out, the business of mass breeding doesn't care. My goal is for every dog regardless of being an undesirable one, deserves a home
