My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! I'm Lucy, your future bundle of joy! I'm a bit shy at first, but give me a minute, and I'll be the goofiest pal around. I dream of long walks and even longer cuddle sessions. If you're looking for a loyal friend who's always ready for an adventure, I'm your girl! Why not bring a little extra sunshine into your home by adopting me? While I'm not super great with some cats, other cats I do just fine with! Please visit our website www.beaverheadas.wpengine.com to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs and cats.

We are a no-kill shelter. There is no judgment if you need to drop off a stray that you've found, or a beloved pet that is no longer able to stay with its family, no matter the situation. We serve several different counties around Southwest Montana, and network with other shelters in the Southwest Montana, working together to help the animals in our care get the best chance of finding a new home.
