MEDICAL NOTES: 12/10- Dried mucous on wall of kennel above hide box. Circular lesion on dome of head. Appears to be ringworm, black light negative. Spot treat with miconahex triz wipe and monitor for improvement. Start on Doxycycline suspension for URI. 12/22- heck exam. URI symptoms have resolved but P has a new spot of hair loss on nose. Circular lesion on head is still flaking. Suspect ringworm. Spot treated with sulfur lime today and get to rescue. 12/31- At time of neuter, rechecked possible ringworm lesion. Thick scale present, spot treated with sulfur lime dip. Start P on Itrafungal Solution for one week on then one week off and keep as rescue only for 7 days. Reassess after Rx has completed.
FIV/FELV Test- Negative
BEHAVIOR NOTES: Easy to do, no resistance, easy to touch and pet, affectionate
