Jelly Roll is an adorable, 4-lb, 8-week-old Chihuahua mix who arrived in foster care as an only pup with his mama.
Like all babies, Jelly Roll has a itsy-bitsy puppy bladder, so he needs an adopter who isn’t gone all day and is ready to help him master house-training and crate-training. Bonus points if you’re familiar with the legendary Chihuahua sass!
He get along well with respectful, dog-savvy kids—especially those who understand that his little puppy teeth are just part of normal puppy play, not him trying to hurt anyone. Jelly Roll enjoys the company of other dogs and, with proper introductions and training, should do well with cats—though he may try to topple them during play, as he believes everything is a toy.
When he’s not bouncing around with his toys, Jelly Roll is a total cuddle bug. He adores snuggling with his humans and fur foster siblings, so another friendly pup in the home would make his tail wag even faster.
He is neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, and will be available for adoption starting 12/16 through Paws Across Pittsburgh, Springdale, PA KL# 16182.
