Meet Sleepy!
Sleepy is the laid-back dreamer of the 7 Dwarves litter — the pup who can turn any spot into his personal napping corner. He enjoys bursts of playtime, chasing toys, and exploring, but he’s just as happy to flop over and snooze the moment the mood strikes. He and his littermates were rescued from a rural property where they were found starving with their mom after the owner went to jail, and now Sleepy finally gets to enjoy the carefree puppy life.
His mom is a German Shepherd and dad is unknown, and Sleepy is now fostered with his brother, where the two make the perfect little duo. Sleepy loves curling up beside his people, leaning in for affection, and finding the softest spot in the room to drift off. He brings an easygoing, comforting presence wherever he goes — his foster home says he’s a champion napper with just enough play sprinkled in.
Like all young puppies, Sleepy will need continued training, consistency, patience, and socialization as he grows. Teaching him routines and helping him stay focused between those power naps will set him up for success. Sleepy was born in October 2025 and is fostered in Texas.
OUR DOGS ARE FOSTERED IN TEXAS OR PENNSYLVANIA BUT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AND TRANSPORT OUT OF STATE. Read below for more information. All of our dogs are located in a foster home in Texas or Pennsylvania. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Mutts N Such direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc). Our out of state adoption fee is $350 plus transport (varies by location). This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs will be current on flea/heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days.
