‘WALTONS’ THEMED PUPPY: Approx. 2 months old / Approx. 7 lbs. & growing
Hi there, I’m one of the adorable ‘Waltons’ themed puppies who came to Mostly Mutts from animal control. I’ve been growing, learning and thriving in my wonderful foster home and now I’m ready to find a great home and family of my very own!
• OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I love my siblings and do well with the other dogs in my foster home, too. I’ve been interested and submissive with them – even the nice 90 lbs. dog, so if you have a dog that would like a puppy friend, let’s meet! / Cats unknown. / I like the teens in my foster home, so if you have kids, let’s meet and best no toddlers that may fall on me.
• PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I’m a sweet and sensitive little girl who isn’t shy about telling you how I feel – I'll whine when I’m unhappy and bark or howl when I’m excited or just being silly. I’m also a fairly independent girlie who enjoys spending time with my family while still doing my own thing. The Mostly Mutts photographer said I was cute, playful, and active during my photo shoot, and I’d say that sounds just like me! / Energy level: Approx. 4-6, though this could change as I grow up.
• SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I’m looking for a family that will teach me everything I need to know to grow up and become a wonderful adult dog – including starting to train me not to chew on you and the kids so we’ll all be happy – so get ready for some training with your new best friend. / You can crate train me. / I’m doing well using potty pads in an enclosed area but I’m just a baby, so I’ll need my new family to potty train me in our yard. I’m very small so please stay close to me outside so the birds of prey don’t take an interest in me.
• LIKES/DISLIKES: I have so much fun playing with my siblings, and I adore my foster family - I’m always ready to give them lots of sweet kisses. Spending time outside in the yard with everyone, running around and exploring, is also loads of fun to me! I’m sure we’ll discover lots of other fun things we will enjoy doing together as I grow up. / I can’t think of things I don’t like yet since I’m so young, but I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training.
• MEDICAL: I've started my puppy shots, but you will have to finish these for me as I grow. I’m also micro-chipped and spayed.
