Here's what my friends at the shelter had to say about me! “Canelo is the cutest little dude. He was a little shy when I first got him out but he really opened up into this fun, playful boy. He loves to run, play and chase along the fence line with other dogs. His temp test was playful and friendly. He even let me dress him in a Santa outfit and a silly naughty bandana. He’s such a good sport.”

Bark About It Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit foster-based dog rescue. Our mission is to save dogs from urgent situations such as euthanasia lists, overcrowded shelters, and homelessness as well as to educate the public on the importance of spay and neuter. Our rescue is based in Pennsylvania, but we rescue dogs all over. Additionally to urgent cases, we also focus on helping long term shelter stay dogs.
