Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Location Edina, MN
Hi! I'm Tulsa, although my foster family calls me Tulli! I am a very good girl...I love all people (although I haven't met any really little ones yet) and want them to give me pets! In exchange, I might give them a kiss or two. My foster mom says I'm pretty chill most of the time...I like to be where at least one of my people are and if they get tired of petting me, I love a good nap. Dog beds are awesome and I've recently discovered the joys of sofa napping.
I am willing to go in my crate (especially if there are treats involved) but my foster mom mostly just gives me a treat and leaves me out while she is gone. I know not to chew on anything while she's gone, and I like to meet her at the door when she comes home...a girl needs to get some pets after being left alone! I guess I'm really not left behind, because my foster brother Cooper gets left with me. He taught me about how nice sofas are! We get along pretty well...I'm not that interested in really playing a lot (Cooper would like to more I think), but we hang out together and do some respectful sniffing on occasion.
My foster mom says to tell you I know to do business outside and don't seem to mind the snow!
She does say I need to tell you about me and food...I just LOVE it! I am very interested in sharing yours (but won't take it from you unless you make my dreams come true and offer me a bite), am super excited when it is my mealtime and I must confess, I have put my paws on the counter to see if there was anything tasty up there (sadly there wasn't), but I know to get down if foster mom says 'No!'. I did once steal a cookie, but my foster dad should probably know not to store tasty treats on the floor!
So I'd love to meet you and gets some pets and maybe even join your family!

The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).
Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration).
Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
