Meet Colby!
Colby is a 7-month-old, 32-pound bundle of sweetness wrapped in the softest, medium-length black coat you’ll ever pet. His exact mix is a mystery, but his personality is pure gold.

As a young pup, Colby is still learning the ropes—working on his leash skills, practicing his commands, and figuring out how big the world is. He would absolutely thrive in a home that’s ready to guide him, teach him, and celebrate all his little milestones along the way.

What he does come fully trained in is love. Colby is affectionate, and eager to bond with his people. If you’re looking for a lovable youngster who’s ready to grow into the best dog he can be, Colby is your guy.

Our adoption fee helps cover expenses (vaccinations, microchips, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets we rescue. UAF does not adopt or ship outside the state of Arizona. To ensure the best fit, UAF conducts a home visit to meet other pets and verify a safe, secure yard.

If you have any questions or to adopt a dog an application must submitted. Filling out this form does not obligate you to adopt, but gives us the information needed to make sure the pet is suited to your home.

When you are on the UAF website Select "Adoptable Dogs" and pick the dog you are interested in. To apply to adopt, go into the dog's profile, and click the gray "Apply for Adoption" button to get started.
