Joy is a playful and cuddly pup that currently lives in a foster home with other dogs (both big and small). She can be timid when meeting new people, but warms up quickly to show off her peppy spirit. Joy is doing great with her house training and is making good progress at crate training. She is very food motivated and loves to learn new tricks. Joy does like to play rough, but listens well to corrections for other dogs. She can be overbearing with cats, but could likely do well in a home with cats that are dog-savvy. She is currently four months old and about 25lbs. Joy would love to find a home of her own before Christmas!

Starts with adoption application through our website, home visits are required. No out of State adoptions.

Vet checks and landlord confirmation is required.

Meet the Pet
Private meet and greets are set up with all dogs and all family members of the applicant. A 2nd with any owned dogs.

Home Check
Virtual Home Visits may be require. They used to be sure the home is safe for the dog.

We do offer a "foster to adopt" program which allows the dog to live in your home on a trial basis to be sure we are matching the right dog with the right family. *Applications and Foster to Adopt programs do NOT guarantee or require commitment to adopt a dog.
