Phoebe loves other kitties and the doggies in her foster home. You might have noticed Phoebe's cloudy left eye: when rescued, she had a bad eye infection. Although she has lost vision in that eye, she's perfectly healthy and happy. Her litterbox skills? 5-star! Visits with animals will not be setup until we have an approved application on file. All animals are in foster homes.

The Wichita Animal Action League, or WAAL, is an all-volunteer, licensed rescue and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created in November 2013 to advocate for all abused, neglected and abandoned animals in the Wichita, Kansas area. WAAL is an action oriented group dedicated to rescuing animals in crisis.
