When you settle in for the evening, Monica will be right there to snuggle. This sweet girl gets along well with other kitties and with the dogs in her foster home. The Wichita Animal Action League, or WAAL, is an all-volunteer, licensed rescue and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created in November 2013 to advocate for all abused, neglected and abandoned animals in the Wichita, Kansas area. WAAL is an action oriented group dedicated to rescuing animals in crisis.
