June is a beautiful tuxedo cat with a sweet, gentle personality. She enjoys being around people and will happily follow you around the barn or outbuilding, keeping you company from a safe distance. While she’s a little shy when it comes to being touched, she loves human presence and attention on her own terms, and especially loves her cat friends. June thrives in a barn or shed with regular meals, safe shelter, and a patient caregiver who understands her mix of curiosity, affection, and independence. With time and respect, she’ll happily be a quiet, loyal companion in her working-cat home.

Sign Adoption Contract

Our adoption contract requires you to take care of the pet and agree to return to our shelter if the pet doesn't fit your situation.

Pay Fee

Our standard adoption rates are $150 for puppies (6 mos and under) $90 for dogs and $70 for cats.

4.
Take the Pet Home

Colleton County Animal Shelter offers pets for adoption to the public. You don't have to be a Colleton resident to adopt from our shelter. Our adoption process is welcoming and simple; meet our pets, work with our team to find the best match for your lifestyle, complete our adoption agreement, pay the adoption fee, take home your new best friend!
