My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

TWO BROTHER & SISTER HUSKY PUPPIES FOR ADOPTION:

Robin ~~ Male, Husky Mix, Cream and White, DOB: 8/24/2025, 20lbs
Starfire ~~ Female, Husky Mix, Cream and White, DOB: 8/24/2025, 21lbs

It's puppy season at Crabapple Knoll. We are very lucky to have some of the most adorable and social puppies available for adoption right now. If you are considering adding a fur baby to your family, come up and meet our available puppies and other pets for adoption!

These sweet brother and sister Husky Mix puppies are sweet, social, friendly, intelligent and energetic ~~ they will definitely help you get your steps in! If you love going for walks, hikes and just being outside, Robin and Starfire want to meet you! In general, Huskies are best suited for active owners who can provide consistent training, firm guidance, and plenty of running/exercise and mental stimulation.

Their spay and neuter surgery plus HomeAgain microchip are included in the $145 adoption fee. They have begun their vaccines and vet services and have been given a clean bill of health by our amazing veterinary staff. Any additional vaccines required after adoption are NOT included in their adoption fee and are the sole financial responsibility of their new owner.

If you are interested in meeting Robin and Starfire to see if one (or both) of them may be your perfect match, visit them at Crabapple Knoll Vet Clinic, 12604 Crabapple Road, Alpharetta, GA. 770.475.8272. Monday to Friday 630AM to 7PM, Saturday and Sunday 8AM to 4PM. We are closed on all major holidays. Please visit at least two hours prior to closing. No appointment is necessary to meet any of our adoptable pets.

Additional adoption info

Our goal is to find good homes for all of the sick and injured pets we have, and to adopt them out in the best health possible. Each pet is fully vetted and cared for by our amazing Veterinary Staff! Our adoption fee is $130, which includes a spay or neuter, age appropriate vaccines, and a microchip. We offer a two week trial period, during which time you may return the pet for a full refund if the placement does not work out. We will accept a pet back after two weeks, but no refund will be issued. If a pet is returned after a longer time period we may require a $130 relinquishment fee. We do not perform home visits or have any particular adoption requirements, such as fenced yard. We do, however, reserve the right to turn down potential adopters if we feel like it will not be in the best interest of the pet.

Go meet their pets

Our Clinic is located at 12604 Crabapple Road, Alpharetta, Georgia 30004. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 6:30AM to 7:00PM and Saturday-Sunday 8AM to 4PM. We have a few adoption events at the Clinic each year. All of our adoptable pets may be visited at the Clinic at any time. However, if a pet is labeled as being fostered, please call ahead so we can arrange to have the pet available for you.

More about this rescue

Our Stray Program began in 1988, with one dog named Redman. He was rescued by a client who indicated that he had belonged to a homeless man. The man had since disappeared, and the red Chow was ill and now living on his own. We brought him to our Clinic and named him Redman. He tested heartworm positive, was treated for that condition and was also neutered. One of our Veterinarians fell in love and adopted him. Unfortunately, Redman did not live long due to heartworm disease, but enjoyed several great years with his new owner. It was because of Redman that our Stray Program for sick and injured animals came to fruition. We began a fund to support the Program and, since then, have found many sick and injured pets their forever homes! Thanks to Dr. Joe Gaston, we are able to continue our work to help sick and injured strays, and have the opportunity to give back to our pet community!
